Sissi Boutique Villa consists of three independent units, offering privacy and comfort, making it perfect for larger groups travelling together. The property spans 260 sq. m. and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms.

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by the pool terrace and private swimming pool. A staircase on the left leads to the first floor, the main entrance to the ground floor lies straight ahead, and to the right, you will find the kitchen and living area.

Ground Floor

Entering from the main entrance, you are welcomed into a cosy sitting area that leads to three of the villa’s bedrooms. One bedroom features a queen-size bed (1.60 × 2.00 m), a charming old fireplace, and direct access to the pool terrace. The other two bedrooms have twin beds (0.90 × 2.00 m) that can be combined into a king-size bed; one opens to the pool terrace, while the other leads to an inner courtyard with a seating area. A laundry room with a washing machine is also available on this level.

Next to the pool, the open-plan living room and kitchen create a seamless indoor-outdoor feel, with floor-to-ceiling folding glass doors that open fully and fill the space with natural light. The living room includes a comfortable sofa, a 48” HD smart TV with Netflix, a Bluetooth speaker, a Wii console, and board games. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for a self-catered stay, along with a dining table for up to 10 guests. An additional WC is located next to the living area.

First Floor

A staircase from the terrace leads to the first floor, where a veranda overlooking the pool provides a relaxing spot and leads to a second sitting area with a sofa and armchairs. This level hosts the remaining two bedrooms, both spacious and tastefully decorated. One bedroom has twin beds (0.80m x 2.00m) that can be joined into a queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), a work desk, a sitting area, and a small balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The final bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00m), a sitting area with a sofa, and access to a large veranda overlooking the pool, furnished for outdoor relaxation.

All five bedrooms are equipped with 32” HDTVs, air conditioning, safety deposit boxes, small fridges, and orthopaedic mattresses and pillows by Candia Strom. Each bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin and Korres bathroom amenities.

Outdoor area

The spacious 100 sq. m. outdoor area is a highlight of Sissi Boutique Villa, offering plenty of space for all guests to relax and enjoy their day. The outdoor facilities include:

- A 35 sqm swimming pool with a four-seat hydromassage function, which can also be heated with an additional charge. Minimum depth: 0,80m. Maximum depth: 1,60m. (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay, and it requires at least one week's advance notice.)

- Sun beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower.

- Fully equipped barbecue facilities at the pool terrace, next to the kitchen. Furthermore, an outdoor sink is also available for your comfort and ease.

- 3 bicycles (2 for adults and 1 for children) are also available for our guests.

- The Villa is fenced and has a private entrance.

- Public, free, fenced parking space is available 30 meters away from the Villa.
